plugin not available in latest mantis release #4

hi, I was a bit excited about this , including the rockstar theme that looked pretty good out of the box, anyhow, under the latest Mantis release, just setting your distribution under the plugins folder failed to make your plugin available under the plugins page

You have to rename the folder to "MantisThemeManager". It will show up but install will be disabled as it currently requires an older version of MantisBT Core.
