Bundling of Lambda's

For deployment, we should be able to bundle a Lambda along with all its dependencies for easy deployment/shipping.

I propose Webpack, but fine with any alternative.

Requirements:

• [ ] Can bundle per-lambda with all its dependencies into a single, deployable file (by AWS Lambda)
