Processing Step 3 ("Reduce") Lambda #2

Functionality:

[x] Read data from queue
[x] Implement operation
[x] Write intermediate result back to queue
[x] Write final result to database
[x] In case of multiple lambdas: how to not conflict each other.
[x] On boot, wait till queue exists.

Note: it's fine to hardcode name of queue within this lambda.
