[WIP] Fix: #253 clicking tile should trigger redraw

• added lines to refresh all grids, not just ones on the focused monitor
• added missing updates of the grid file when moving workspaces

@TimUntersberger this jumped around a bit. The shortest TLDR: I'm gonna delete this one because stuff has changed so much.

I think #253 should be reevaluated based on latest. The solution if it's still a problem will most likely be different.
