Replace win_move_to_workspace with win_move_to_ws in config and docs #272

I could be wrong, but I think win_move_to_workspace is a typo in the docs/default config? It doesn't work for me anyway. Replacing it with win_move_to_ws works fine, however.

Whoops! The funny thing is that I copied that from my own config and you just helped me find a bug there 😆
