Multi Language Support? #31

Is this English-only version? Can support multiple languages?

Hello, Yes, it is an English version only. for a multilingual version just edit download adminer-$ADMINER_VERSION.php in dockerfiles

@sinbino Sorry for the delay, I must have lost track of this issue.

I assumed there was a reason I used the English only version when creating this image and wanted to investigate. Could not find any reasons though, see #33.
