Thanks, but this pull request is not in a mergeable state. For one thing pinning to an exact bugfix version (8.0.0 instead of 8.0) is extremely brittle. Another is that you reformatted the entire Dockerfile.
I have #85 still on my ToDo list and will get to it when I feel the time is right. For now both PHP 8 as well as an Adminer supporting PHP 8 are super fresh and PHP 8 does not bring a real benefit for use with Adminer, so there is no need to rush it.
