This task is in progress.
Now functioning in a basic sense. The output is random, with no concern placed on whether thematically dissimilar rooms are near each other.
Added simplex octave generator for use in theme and biome generation. Octaves, amplitude and frequency will require tweaking but this task is more or less complete.
This involves determining theme availability when loading a room, as well as appropriateness based on the surrounding rooms. Possibly do a biome lookup, or maintain our own theme regions.
