Sophisticated minesweeper bomb generator

Fifty-fifty situations are very infuriating. So I was thinking of a generator that will guarantee to solve a whole board without guessing.

I've found that it is possible and already created but not on java.

Here's Simon Tatham's minesweeper as example of a working game without guesswork.

I thought maybe you can somehow implement this kind of bomb creation.
