File, edit, etc menu strip is of different color in windows 11

It is white, as opposed to the windows 95 gray of everything else

There's no easy way to change that color, as the menu is drawn using the OS's native widget's. See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49088785/changing-the-colour-of-tkinter-menubar.
