Rearrange structure #1

Pull request contains a decent amount of stuff

  1. I'm rearranging some files from the cookie cutter
  2. I added tracking, and processors from timeview in here (still not ready to remove them from timeview until we get get on an API
  3. added a simple test to ensure a spectrogram was rendered using the correct shape. test is mostly a demo, but it uses a fixture that can be reused.
