Vary 1776 window light intensities #118

Can we add a construction script (or equivalent) to each of the 1776 window scenes that randomly sets the intensity? Right now, all of them are on at 100%.

Let's make x% (say 20% to start) of the windows "off" (glass reflection only) and the remainder of linearly random intensity between 1 and 100%.

We can create a material function that controls the intensity with the current time...
