3D model for modern Custom House building on Bowling Green #135

As a helpful downtown "GeoLabel" structure, we should include the current Alexander Hamilton Custom House (link). We will likely present this as a "ghost" geolabel, but it should be a well-textured model of the current building. Use Google Maps and other data for scale, etc.

Model can be simplified, polygon-wise. Only useful as a "ghost" geolabel reference point. We will build a high-resolution "current" Manhattan later.
