When user presses the "+" or "-" key, the time advances or decreases by one minute.
It used to be that when one HELD the key down, the time change would happen continuously (and at a faster rate). This no longer works. Ted probably broke this somehow? Please make it so that holding either + or - key down results in rapid time change (like 15 minutes per second if possible: ideally that value can be tweaked).
