Improve 1609 shoreline: conform to Welikia/Manahatta

Our 1609 southern shoreline (the tip of Manhattan) doesn't look "real". And it needs to conform to the rock and soil types that were in Manhattan then. Right now we have light brown rocks plugged into a dark-gray landscape. Looks odd.

We need to:

• Research shoreline of 1609 Manhattan per Welikia.org and Manahatta book (ChatGPT chat here)
• Find photos of comparable shorelines with schist rocks (Maine?). Add to this Issue below.
• Change the rock color along the southern tip to better blend in with the landscape (darker grey)
• Add details to landscape shoreline to make it less plastic": foliage, smaller rocks, moss, etc.

Our wooded areas don't look quite right either. Compare to this Welikia depiction. More crooked, younger trees.
