Generate mipmaps on textures to improve performance (also: compress textures) #9

Can you try this (if it's do-able) on the Depot building and on the Leal building?

Mip maps not needed, billboard trees in terrain was killing fps, once removed, 220fps in non VR and 90fps in VR
