Update `www.laurencescotford.com` links to `www.laurencescotford.net` #18

Hey, thanks for the great work.

It looks like www.laurencescotford.com was migrated to www.laurencescotford.net, making the README links dead. All the links seem to work on the new domain.

Thanks a lot! I did see that somewhere, but didn't realise I had to update the links in this repo 😄

I'll merge this soon, but I don't want to create a merge conflict with the other PR. So I'll do that when I'm not on my phone 😉
