Mainly figuring out how to do it and for translating to jp.
Perhaps the most straightforward way is to create a few localized controls.
Very hypothetical and perhaps won't work, but want to see if it's possible to:
Add a manipulator
... that adds an AttachToPanelEvent
... that checks text properties of known controls, looks for some standard string like loc:somekey, and replaces it with some value from a table
... and also goes through all children and adds the manipulator to them
First hypothetical issue is if AttachToPanelEvent will give us the opportunity of changing these properties.
Other almost certainly existing issue is that many elements are created dynamically, since we deal with a lot of arrays. Though, since the arrays become custom controls, we may be fine but may not find much use of walking thru descendants.
