It could be useful to organize steps by sub steps. Level one step being a training pack and level two step being a shot. I find myself being too stuck to one shot despite more shots would be available in the training pack. Issue #4 is related if sub steps are treated equally as normal steps. Being able to duplicate quickly means it's easy to create sub steps with some degree of variation of length. If sub steps with varying lengths are not important then make it automatic to divide time equally between sub steps. Issue #3 is also related if randomization to sub steps are desired. I'm not sure how to automatically redirect to certain shot but if not possible then issue #3 is not related to sub steps.
