Feature: lift the current step up when the game is paused #18

When hitting esc and displaying taskbar (Win + T), the current step is covered by the taskbar and is not clearly visible. This makes it hard to determine what to launch next if manual launching is on. Solution: lift the current step to the top screen when hitting esc. Pull it back when resuming.

Manual launch can mean two different things:

  1. using command line or other tools like prejump to launch training packs (and maybe workshop maps or freeplay)
  2. hitting a button that will automatically launch the next step which means launching the step that is currently shown. this could launch three things: a training pack, a workshop map or freeplay.
