Hey! I recently started using RLTrainingTimer myself and was curious if you are open to open source contributions, if so, do you have a developer guide / notes on how to run/test locally? I know this project isn't actively being worked on, but if possible I'd love to help out.

Hey there, sorry I must have missed your message. I'm always happy with contributors. Concerning guides etc I actually do have some parts of the Software Architecture Documentation filled in (chapters 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6), which might help you understand how the plugin works.

As for general development of any bakkesmod plugin, there's the official bakkesmod plugin wiki which also has a helpful page about live debugging in the useful info section.
