Refac/removed header on the next pages and added a configurable portfolio link #7

These are solutions to issues #5 and #6

Changes:

[x] Header was removed on the next pages by adding a new fancypagestyle (default) and set a fixed only-first page
[x] A configurable portfolio link was added
