Massive GUI cleanup #46

The GUI code contains a lot of functionality in completely wrong places.
Model code in Eventhandlers, Controller Code in Rendering methods...

Fixing this will enable the GUI to evolve and enable testign of a lot of
code that is currently unreachable for tests.
