I am in contact with the mailjet team. Hopefully they grant me full or at least dev access...

Fixed with commit 13701fe E-Mails are now sent via the right mailjet account. (Note: But they are still sent over info@timondev.com and not info@zurich-meets-tanzania.com, because the site is still not online and therefore I don't have access to the mailserver since jimdoo does not let me add a mailserver)
