Java 8 Language Features on Android

Uses experimental Android Tool Chain Jack and Jill

[ ] Update build.gradle file
[ ] minSdk 24 has even more java8 features besides lamda expressions. E.g streams. While writing this the Cards project has compileSdkVersion 25 and minSdkVersion 23
[ ] Update existing code to use lamda expressions
