Unexpected exception while processing element 'inherits'

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Added .jar to buld path
2.Added line <inherits name='com.google.gwt.query.Query'/> to my gwt.xml
3.Ran the project

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Project won't load. I see the message in console: Line 5: Unexpected exception 
while processing element 'inherits'

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
My GWT is 2.# I beliebe. i just downloaded latest GWTQuery library which is 
1.2.0
