empty named queue de queued automatically

What steps will reproduce the problem?
see attached source.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First function in empty queue is executed automatically in GWTQuery, but not in 
jQuery. Second function requires a dequeue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
This is actually a better logical behavior. But not what is there jQuery. It is 
upto you guys to decide whether to change it or keep it like this only.

you should implement the same behavior that the one implemented in jquery. So I 
propose to change it.
