Initial release of the Polish language translation WUView app. Don't know how text will fill up in windows and prompts.

I did have to make a change on the About page for one of the strings to fit.

Are you happy with how the translation looks? I noticed that some of the settings are still in English.

@Timthreetwelve I will review localy with HiDPI when you publish build EXE file. Some strings in themes are not translated. Will review and update if needed.

Data taken directly from Windows logs and Event viewer are not translated here.
