Incident: Upon arriving at the login-page, the popup does not always show up. It should recognize the password field on this site: https://hub.jetbrains.com/auth/login?response_type=token&client_id=869c54ca-878c-4f0a-870d-a081021bcdbd&redirect_uri=https:%2F%2Fyoutrack.jetbrains.com%2Foauth&scope=869c54ca-878c-4f0a-870d-a081021bcdbd%20Upsource%20TeamCity%200-0-0-0-0&state=0b2a1141-cfa6-4c2f-953f-a4ecff8cdb36 But it does not.

Incident: Same symptom at https://login.alibaba.com/?spm=a2700.8293689.0.0.J5NcMp&tracelog=hd_signin

Incident: https://www.eversource.com does not trigger Opfespopup form.

After pressing Ctrl-Shift-R opfes does show up, most of the time
After pressing F5 opfes does not show up.

Problem: Upon arriving at the login-page, the popup does not always show up. It should recognize the password field on this site

Solution: ?? Maybe:

have Opfes get triggered once more after 1 second or so?
Make LoginElement.ts get triggered by some other event then loading LoginElement.ts?

Acceptance criteria: Every page of every site known to us that contains a password-fiels does trigger opfes's popupForm.
