Incident: microsoft's loginpage for hotmail-accounts kills opfes. Going to live.com you do see the opfes-popupform, but when you click on ...read... the opfes-popupform disappears.
Problem: So far this looks to be live.com-specific.
Solution: unknown yet.
Login.ts:48 (document.getElementById(pwdInputs[0].name)).getBoundingClientRect().right; The element does not get found, triggers an exception.
