Show bookmark toolbar on newtab not working FF 66.0.3 #147

was using the snippet here: https://github.com/Timvde/UserChrome-Tweaks/blob/master/toolbars/show-bookmarks-only-on-newtab.css

Worked for awhile, soon as I upgraded to version 66, this stopped working. Far as I can tell the new tab title is still "New Tab" , or "about:newtab". Any pointers would be great!
