Stop as throbber #70

Makes the stop button use the "throbber" animation currently used only on tabs.

Uses the fallback APNG which is not synced with tabs' throbbers, so don't use it if you have OCD 😁

For what Firefox version have you created this? Doesn't seem to work on 57 on Linux :(

I tested it on 58 and 59, so that might be the case.

Confirmed working on 59 :) I don't think backporting to 57 is really necessarly, let's just go with this.
