Shrink toolbar buttons in tab bar #88

If some buttons are present in tab bar (e.g. extensions icons), then they enlarge the bar height. This should shrink them to fit.

The result is not really beautiful, since the icon seems to be resized. If someone has a better way to do it, it is welcomed.
