Zoo SVG cleanup

• Made Zoo.css

• Made 2 SVGs

  • diagram.svg: animal diagram except the highlightables and the bold outline
  • small-diagram.svg: port diagram except the texts

• diagram.svg was enlarged to reduce file size (less decimal precision needed)

  • some line widths were tweaked in this process, and visually it is ever so slightly different. I don't think it's a noticable change.

• Dark mode implemented with css filters (visually identical to original)

• Cleaned the embellished manuals

  • Previously the animal names were anchored to the animal silhouettes, but this had to be changed. Now it is anchored to the hexagonal cells themselves. This difference is visually more apparent. I don't think it matters, but if it's problematic I can revert it.
