This issue will contain all changes that need to be made to DFM parts, tension system, mounting and all other issues pertaining to the Delta Mechanism 2.0.

[x] Belt had too many teeth, need about a 294mm belt (147-tooth). However, we need to get a workable prototype for +60 and we can't get custom belts made in that time frame. So this implies that we'll need a new tensioner for +60 to take the additional slack out of the belt
[x] We need a repeatable mechanical stop for the arms to bottom out on during homing. We will probably have to 3D print something to attach to the stepper brackets.
[x] Internal holes on delta arms were too small on 2 arms. Change tolerance on the 8mm hole to +0.5 / -0.0
[x] Extend M3 threads in ends of delta arms (where the ball-studs attach). On at least one arm, they were not threaded deep enough. Making the thread go further would be one way to ensure that inconsistent threading doesn't cause a ball-stud to snap.
[x] Dowel holes on aluminum beaering blocks were too large diameter, and too deep
[x] Dowel holes on top plate were too narrow.

More to follow... all in all these pieces look great, all the issues above are minor and won't keep us from having a good demoable machine.

M3 Threads on Delta Arms extended. Tolerance on central 8mm hole changed in drawings to +0.5, - 0.0. New belts calculated and a dialogue has been started with Robitdigg to make us custom belts. Dowel holes on aluminum blocks decreased in depth from 7mm to 5 mm. Dowel holes in top plate increased from 2.9mm to 3mm. Drawings updated with a tolerance of +/- 0.01 rather then 0.015. Mechanical endstop being designed currently.
