Make vertical extrusions longer (due to longer end effector length, etc) #53

Make vertical extrusions longer. This change is due to the increased end-effector ball-to-tip length, with the new EE 2.0 design. It also may or may not need to be increased a bit more due to the PCB work-holding system (assuming the workholding system is taller than the older spring-plate used for beta kits)

Assigning this to @WillD77 . The model needs to be updated, and after we have a good vertical height picked out, we will need longer extrusions sourced by @itsmefelix-

New height has been set at 550mm, please speak now or forever hold your peace

Machine has been updated.

I ordered the 550mm length extrusions. Ordered 4 pieces so we could theoretically make two machines

4, or 8? We need 4 per machine.

Closing the issue. 4 is enough for what we need now.
