PCB review items for ECAM03 #57

[x] There is supposed to be a hole in the board (for the camera module), see attached image. If you need these measurements, I can provide them. This needs to be shown in the dimension layer, and also add a text comment in the middle of that area saying "THIS AREA TO BE MILLED AWAY!" so that they know to mill it away
[x] Add keepout zones (see image below)
[x] Move parts out of keepout zones
[x] Make JST connectors vertical, right next to the keepout zone
[x] Make fan connectors Molex KK (these connectors are fatter than the ones in the layout currently, and also have a polarization lock)
[x] Double-check that there are no air-wires in the PCB layout
[x] Change the lighting connector (see below for more info)
[x] Make all silkscreen text at least 1mm high, 10% ratio
[x] Add some more vias on the power traces
[x] Place the camera USB connector as close to the camera as possible
[x] Try to keep all of the connectors on the same side of the board, if possible (this will be the "back" side so that they aren't easily unpluggable by the user)

Sunday, October 11

[x] Add FTDI connector (same pinout / connector as our other atmega328 boards)
[x] Add SPI connector (same pinout / connector as our other atmega328 boards)

Ring Light Connector:

Replace 2-pin connector with a 5-pin JST PH, vertical, that mounts on the back (bottom/blue) side of the board.

White LED ringlight "+" (AP3032, to D1 shottky cathode)
White LED ringlight "-" (AP3032 sense/feedback)
GND
NeoPixel data (new TTL pin, this is provisional for later)
+5V

The connector is centered vertically (80mm in "X"), and 51.5mm high in "X"

Should I replace center milling polygon with lines?

It's worked for me in the past, so yes, that's our safest bet.

Thanks @DCSMITH907 the new updated changes look great, I'm closing this issue, the ECAM03 is ready to be fabbed :+1:

Just noticed this board is missing the FTDI and SPI connectors. Those will need to be added, as we would otherwise have no way to program the boards.
