Very important to improve user experience when setting up almost any location in the system.

This issue is blocked by TinWhiskers/fpd-design#21.

Also, I'm not at all worried about this for the beta test crowd, manual touch-off isn't too much to ask for the beta testers. We only need to worry about auto Z touch-off for the new DFM version of FPD.
