When doing end-to-end testing with OBS, we'll need:

default scene collection, with the testing scenes, sources, etc.
plugins, such as obs-remote

Consider instead docker and docker-compose to spin up a local OBS instance. May need a custom Docker file to copy over the configs to enable/disable auth in the OBS websockets plugin
