[README] Update readme for testing read() in aiofiles' stream #179

I was writing unit tests for aiofiles in Falcon ASGI server but I found Google results lacking. It took me several hours to come up with this pull request to test aiofiles so I hope this new README saves some of the next developers' time. Cheers.
