Updated the folder structure
Added 2 notebooks into "analysis" folder
Added DESeq2 wrapper function into "lib" folder
Created a symlink to the data on our cluster

You could try to add your scripts into the respective folders plus adapt your scripts to load the data as shown in the notebooks.
