System info not accurate #1

All system values are not updating at the same speed as Task Manager.

Tested CPU with 4 other system monitor skins (SysDash, Win10 Widgets, CyberCircles, illustrio) and showed similar values, but did not match Task Manager. Will continue to look into the issue.
