Hanging at red screen #15

I have the correct files In my SD card I've checked over and over.. I'm trying to decrypt9 I believe ( I had to go off the page to get to this one) and I load up homebrew menu and click safehax and it boots to a red screen and sits there. Any ideas?

First off, safehax requires some kind of arm11 kernel exploit to be run first before it can work. Second, how old is your hbl and what environment are you running it under? If safehax cannot be boot, this is not an issue with safehax.
