Solved my PM INIT FAIL/ARM 9 problem #33

  1. Make sure your BIN file is written as safehaxpayload with no .bin at the end of it (but still considered a BIN file). This fixes the ARM 9 problem.
  2. Launch udsploit before using safehax every time!
