[!] Unsupported Firmware Error, Ver. 11.1.0-20E, O3DS #40

I'm following the 3ds.guide instructions and i get as far as installing sighax but when i go to install safehax it comes up with an [!] UNSUPPORTED FIRMWARE error message and i can't get past it. something must be wrong because earlier i was searching through some past issues on similar problems and i read that safehax wasn't patched until 11.4 and i'm running on 11.1. So if anyone can help me out with this issue that would be great. Thanks in Advance.

whoever used my 3ds last clicked on update so nvm
