PM INIT FAILED on r19 with WIFI #42

I was wondering if you guys could help me, im following 3ds.guide for my old3ds on 11.2.0-35E. I ran usdsploit in soundhax with wifi connected and it came through successful. I then ran safehax and got the PM INIT FAILED error. I then downloaded the r19 release of soundhax as the guide says and replaced my old 3dsx file with it and im getting the same error. Any suggestions?

Just as a thought, on 11.2.0, try using fasthax instead of udsploit. That's how I hacked my 3DS so try that.
