loading payload from a different name first #9

This is implementing #8.

Seemed like a pretty easy feature to implement (you might have done so already). Personally I didn't think it was absolutely necessary but it doesn't hurt. This tries to load a payload from safehaxpayload.bin first, then tries arm9.bin and arm9loaderhax.bin.
