feat(sandbox): hardcoded option to withdraw vote

With the changes in mind, I would prefer an alternative solution to achieve this goal. While adding another component does not look astatically pleasing, it is easier to handle the corresponding interactions and handle them distinct from each other like mentioned above.

Will opt to close for an alternative using min_values as the absolute of 0, therefore allowing users to remove their vote (although a footer would be added in exchange to explain it's functionality).
