Build a slider

We need to have a functional slider that can function as both as our current Library News and as our current Did You Know slider.

• [x] It should be about 3/4 to 2/3 width
• [x] It should have navigable left/right buttons
• [x] It should also have navigable markers for the current slide
• [x] It should not hold more than five slides at a time
• [x] It should be left Justified
• [x] To it's right, there should be a summary view of the news item.
  • [x] It will be 1/4 to 1/3 width
  • [x] It should be a summary of the news item populating the current slide
  • [x] It will be right justified
  • [x] It will include the Library News item's title
