This PR adds the following options to Ishiiruka-FX and Ishiiruka-FX_light:
Ambient Occlusion Mult (can be used to reduce or increase the intensity of SSAO or SSGI)
MatsoDOF - Enable Nearblur (Allows you to completely disable blurring of objects closer than the focal distance. Useful in combination with sky cutoff/sky depth)
MatsoDOF - Enable Farblur (Allows you to completely disable blurring of objects further than the focal distance)
Depth Preprocessor Enabled (Allows the modification of depth samples used by other shaders in Ishiiruka-FX)
Depth Preprocessor - Sky Cutoff (Allows distant objects above this depth, such as the sky, to be assigned an arbitrary depth)
Depth Preprocessor - Sky Depth (The depth value of all pixels with a depth greater than sky cutoff is set to this)
Depth Preprocessor - Global Depth Mult (Multiplies all non-sky depth value by this number)

Bumped the version in the file comment/header
Copied Ishiiruka-FX to the display shaders folder (this has no issues)
